- PPF could be for restyling along with protective needs, since it comes in a clear finish, satin finish, and color. Vinyl only comes in color and is not thick enough to protect the paint from rock chips or road debris like PPF is intended to.
- PPF comes with a more extended warranty than vinyl, our 3M film having a 10-year warranty, in comparison to vinyl which is in the 3-5 year range.
